EDGE (via AL TAIF) in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Associate, Contracts to lead procurement and contracting activities across the lifecycle. You will draft POs, BPAs, and SMAs, manage pre-award activities, and oversee execution with internal teams and vendors.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, contracts management, purchasing, or related field is required.
• Professional certificates in contracts/procurement are preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a contracts/purchasing role is required (engineering certificates can be equivalent).
• Excellent grasp of Microsoft Office; proficiency with ERP systems preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills required.
• Must have or be able to obtain a UAE driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end procurement and contracting lifecycle from requirements analysis to closeout.
• Draft and maintain instruments such as Purchase Orders, BPAs, and Service Maintenance Agreements with flow-down clauses.
• Manage cradle-to-grave bid support, risk assessment, proposal evaluation, and vendor selection.
• Oversee execution: resolve non-conformances, delays, returns, shortages, and penalties.
