Qualifications

• Five to eight years of relevant experience in the construction or architectural consultancy industry.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Architects in preparing tender documents, conducting evaluations, and drafting contract documentation.
• Manage day-to-day contract administration including drafting letters, notices, and certificates.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors on contractual and commercial matters.
