Job summary

talabat is seeking a Content Operations specialist for on-app content to shape the new ContentOps arm within Product & Tech. You will drive end-to-end content workflows, collaborate with Content Designers Researchers and Brand teams, and scale operations across squads.

You will own operational excellence and content quality, develop workflows, lead cross-functional projects, and navigate ambiguity with a proactive mindset, delivering consistent, high-quality on-app content for users.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations design / creative xp business operations product product operations or similar role.
• Experience in both creative space and product ops is a bonus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Drive the Content Ops strategy for on-app content (assets, banners, menus) from creation to execution.
• Develop and maintain operational workflows to ensure timely delivery across teams.
• Identify inefficiencies in processes and implement solutions to improve ops efficiency.
• Review playbooks, close gaps, and refine day-to-day ContentOps activities.
• Collaborate with Product, Brand, and Engineering to ensure tooling and automation improve efficiency.
