Qualifications

• 12+ years of civil construction experience in UAE/GCC.
• Proven track record leading civil works for power substations.
• Active/valid Site Manager or Civil Engineer Approval from UAE utilities.
• Availability: immediate joiner or up to 15 days notice.

Responsibilities

• Direct full lifecycle civil site execution for 33kV substations (foundations, GIS/switchgear buildings, structural works, and site infrastructure).
• Lead authority approvals, site inspections, contractor management, and QA/QC to project handover.
