Job summary

Premier EPC contracting group in the UAE seeks a Construction Site Manager to oversee the civil execution of 3x 33kV Substation projects across the UAE. You will lead full lifecycle civil site work including foundations, GIS switchgear buildings, and structural works, ensuring site infrastructure and QA/QC through to handover.

The role requires 12+ years of UAE/GCC civil construction experience with proven substations leadership and an active UAE Site Manager or Civil Engineer approval from

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of civil construction experience in UAE/GCC.
• Proven track record leading civil works for power substations.
• Active UAE Site Manager or Civil Engineer approval from utilities (EtihadWE/FEWA/DEWA/TAQA/SEWA/ADDC/AADC).
• Available to join immediately or within 15 days.

Responsibilities

• Direct full lifecycle civil site execution for 33kV substations.
• Oversee foundations, GIS switchgear buildings, structural works, site infrastructure.
• Lead authority approvals and site inspections.
• Manage contractors to ensure QA/QC to project handover.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 12+ years of civil construction experience in the UAE/GCC.
• Specialisation: Proven track record leading civil works for power substations.
• Mandatory Approval: Active/valid Site Manager or Civil Engineer Approval from UAE utilities (EtihadWE / FEWA / DEWA / TAQA / SEWA / ADDC / AADC).
• Availability: Immediate joiner or maximum 15-day notice period.
