Job summary

Adminbridge is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee its construction projects in Dubai, UAE. You will lead and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery, and you will manage a team of contractors and subcontractors to ensure on-time, within-budget completion.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree with at least five years of UAE/Gulf experience and a proven track record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Project Manager in UAE or Gulf region.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Proficient in project management software.

As a project manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery. You will also be responsible for managing a team of contractors and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1700$ per month for this position. Additionally, accommodation will be provided for employees who do not reside in Dubai.
