Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in project planning/scheduling in the construction industry.
• Proficient in Primavera P6.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with UAE/GCC standards and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare baseline programs, work breakdown structures (WBS), look-ahead schedules, and progress updates.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to obtain inputs.
• Identify critical path activities, risks, delays; recommend mitigation measures and recovery plans.
• Monitor project performance against schedules; generate weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Conduct delay analysis and assist in EOT claims.
• Prepare resource histograms, cash flow forecasts, and productivity analysis reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and version control of planning records.
