Job summary

Wood in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Construction Manager to oversee on-site activities, delivering projects on time, within budget, and to safety and quality standards. You will lead multiple field disciplines, manage costs, and ensure alignment with client requirements and Wood policies.

Applicants should have 20+ years in Oil & Gas, 5+ years on major capital projects, excellent English communication, and willingness to travel. UAE visa qualification and CICPA are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 20 years Oil and Gas industry experience.
• At least 5 years on major capital projects (> USD 500 million).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Willingness to travel extensively and adapt work location.
• Qualified to obtain CICPA and UAE work visa.

Responsibilities

• Assures project quality and integrity; bring projects in on schedule and within budget.
• Oversees field construction to conform with design, specs, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage installation, commissioning and completion activities for materials and equipment.
• Coordinate field personnel schedules to maximize utilization and on-time delivery.
