Job summary

Massaraa in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Senior Commercial Manager in the construction sector to drive commercial governance across project lifecycles, oversee procurement, contracts, and payment processes, and ensure KPI delivery.

Qualifications

• University degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Progressively increased responsibility in project/commercial management.
• Experience in the Middle East is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial governance and project lifecycle performance.
• Develop procurement strategies and review contracts.
• Lead pre-contract, design commercial management and post-contract activities.
• Monitor and manage interim/final payments and variations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to achieve budget and programme targets.
