Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with local, national, and international regulations and industry standards.
• Act as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies and manage audits and inspections.
• Serve as the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO), handling FIU notifications and maintaining confidentiality.
• Develop, implement, and update compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
• Screen customers, vendors, and employees to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
• Design and deliver compliance training programs for employees.
• Foster a culture of compliance and ethical behavior within the organization.
• Inspect records for compliance with AML/CFT regulations and detect suspicious transactions.
• Prepare periodic compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee the Group’s adherence to policies and identify areas for improvement.
• Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain an incident database and follow through on resolution measures.

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance
