Job summary

BloFin Inc. is seeking a Compliance Officer to establish and maintain its compliance management system (CMS) under VARA regulations and UAE laws. You will supervise policies, record-keeping, and AML/CFT controls across the organization.

You will report to the Board, coordinate regulatory notifications, and lead a culture of compliance, ensuring independent CMS operations and timely responses to regulators. Prior VARA exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of compliance experience.
• Fit and Proper Person as approved by VARA.
• Resident in UAE or UAE passport holder.

Responsibilities

• Establish, administer and maintain BloFin’s CMS to comply with VARA licence conditions and UAE laws.
• Identify and escalate material non-compliance and notify authorities as required.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting and maintain compliance culture across the Board, Senior Management and Staff.
