BloFin Inc. in the UAE seeks a CEO to lead strategic direction, governance, and regulatory alignment within VARA frameworks. The role oversees senior management, ensures compliance, and maintains strong Board reporting. It requires deep experience in financial services, fintech, and regulated environments.

The CEO will manage UAE operations with clear authority, ensure asset protection, and drive growth while upholding the highest standards of governance and regulatory engagement.

Formación

• The role requires a deep understanding of VARA regulations and UAE regulatory expectations.
• Experience managing complex operations, governance structures, and senior teams.
• Knowledge of VARA Rulebooks and exchange operations is strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams with Board reporting responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead BloFin UAE strategy and ensure activities stay within VARA-authorised scope.
• Maintain regulatory alignment with VARA licence conditions and governance framework.
• Oversee governance committees and provide accurate Board reporting.
• Engage with VARA, respond to requests and escalate material changes as needed.
• Ensure separation of UAE operations from global BloFin activities where required.
