Job summary

OX Human Resources Consultancies is seeking a hands-on Group-level compliance leader for a Dubai-based role reporting to the Managing Director. You will own and implement a Group-wide compliance framework across FX and financial services entities, ensuring adherence to relevant regulatory jurisdictions including VARA for crypto ventures.

You will also assume regulatory appointments as required (Compliance Officer, MLRO) and help build robust controls, policies and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Group-wide compliance framework across FX and financial services entities.
• Lead multi-jurisdictional regulatory compliance across regulators including FCA, FSCA, SCA, ADGM, Belize and Swiss frameworks.
• Establish risk-based KYC/KYB, CDD and EDD, AML/CFT and financial crime controls.
• Support regulatory inspections, audits, remediation programmes and ongoing regulatory engagements.
