Qualifications
- 7–10 years in banking with KYC/EDD for corporate clients.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of UAE regulations.
- Proficient in Excel, presentations and AI tools.
- Logical problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience coordinating/com supporting compliance processes/system solutions.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Experience implementing digital transformation in compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead MGN Business Banking team and oversee the squad within Business Banking Compliance.
- Oversee RBG Compliance digitization initiatives with Business Digital Studio and Innovation unit.
- Perform quality checks for key deliverables across Retail Banking Group compliance squads; ensure regulatory alignment.
- Disseminate strategic guidance, lead teams, and drive digital transformation initiatives to improve compliance.
- Stay updated on applicable regulatory guidelines and ensure adherence to policies.
- Support implementation of initiatives in RBG Compliance as assigned by Unit head.
- Conduct quality checks for auto discounting – Ename & L1/L2 High-Risk Nationality for RBG.
