Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years' commercial management experience within construction consultancy.
- Strong experience delivering major building and infrastructure projects.
- Extensive knowledge of FIDIC contracts and procurement strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the commercial function across multiple construction projects.
- Oversee cost planning, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Manage pre- and post-contract commercial activities.
- Provide commercial advice to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead negotiations with contractors and suppliers.
- Mentor junior commercial staff and promote best practices.
