Job summary

KBR-Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Commercial Contracts Support Manager to oversee contract administration for the Power and Water Transmission Scheme in Abu Dhabi. You will lead multiple supervision consultants, manage variations, and drive timely commercial closures while maintaining compliance with client requirements.

The role requires 15+ years in contracts management for large infrastructure programs, degree in engineering, law or QS, and MRICS certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Law or Quantity Surveying.
• MRICS or equivalent certification preferred.
• 15+ years of contracts administration experience in large infrastructure programmes.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial and contractual support across all project lots.
• Monitor contract compliance and address deviations with delivery contractors and supervision consultants.
• Assist in contract negotiations, claims management, and dispute resolution.
• Prepare and review financial and commercial reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Interpret contract clauses and advise the project team on obligations, entitlements and risks.
• Lead efforts to resolve disputes through negotiation and formal correspondence.
