Shell in Dubai seeks a Commercial Advisor to manage the full trading and supply Contracts process from pre-deal to post-deal activities. You will provide commercial/contractual advice on drafting and reviewing contracts, including master agreements and confirmations, for derivatives, emissions, and freight.

The role requires tertiary law education, proven energy/commodity trading experience, and strong negotiation skills. Travel may be required; English fluency is essential.

Formación

• Fluent in English (verbal & written).
• Proven negotiating skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with internal/external customers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pre- and post-deal commercial advice on drafting and reviewing contracts, including master agreements and confirmations.
• Draft, review and negotiate term deals, tenders, storage agreements, master agreements and side letters with customers.
• Review and authorize contracts and responses to ensure accuracy and compliance with Shell policies.
• Collaborate with traders and other functions to minimize contractual exposure and maximize value.
