Qualifications

• Strong experience in equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance for coffee machines and related equipment.
• Hands-on machine operation and safe handling of commercial/residential coffee machinery.
• Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and software-related issues in coffee equipment.
• Solid understanding of pumps, boilers, grinders and control systems in coffee machinery.
• Prior senior/lead level experience as a coffee machine technician.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, wiring diagrams and manufacturer specs.
• Good communication skills to explain issues clearly to customers and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to documenting service activities and parts usage.
• Willingness to work on-site at customer locations, including busy hospitality settings.
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in electrical/mechanical/electronics engineering is advantageous.
• Familiarity with major espresso/coffee machine brands and industry standards.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous learning in evolving coffee tech.

Job Description

The Senior Coffee Machine Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
