Job summary

EuroCoffee UAE is seeking a Coffee Machine Technician for full-time on-site work in Dubai. The role installs, commissions, and configures coffee machines and related equipment at customer sites and in the workshop.

You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, carry out preventive maintenance, document service activities, and advise clients on machine use. A valid UAE driving license and the ability to travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance, ensuring reliable operation of coffee machines and related systems.
• Proficiency in Machine Operation and handling various types of coffee machinery, including installation and setup.
• Demonstrated ability in Troubleshooting complex technical issues in Machinery and resolving them efficiently.
• Previous experience with foodservice or beverage equipment is highly beneficial.
• Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to read technical manuals and diagrams.
• Good communication skills and customer-focused approach when working on-site with clients.

Role Description
