Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience as a CMM Inspector in manufacturing.
• Proficiency operating and programming Zeiss and Hexagon CMMs with common DCC controllers.
• Solid understanding of GD&T principles and application in inspection.

Responsibilities

• Complete first article, in-process and final inspections against blueprints and job travelers.
• Perform dimensional inspection using precision measuring equipment and CMMs.
• Carry out receiving inspections and report non-conforming material for corrective action.
• Maintain calibration status on equipment and coordinate calibration activities.
