Job summary

The Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai seeks an experienced Infrastructure Architect to design and maintain scalable, high-performance Nol systems aligned with the agency's technology strategy and digital ticketing environment.

You will lead architecture design, capacity planning, security controls, disaster recovery, and ISO 20000-aligned IT service capabilities while coordinating with internal partners and vendors to ensure uninterrupted operations across RTA’s Nol payments ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or information systems.
• 3+ years (master’s) or 5+ years (Bachelor’s) in related field.
• AWS/Azure Solutions Architect Associate certification.
• Project Management Professional and ITIL Foundation certifications.

Responsibilities

• Design infrastructure and architecture in line with RTA’s strategy and integration needs.
• Maintain Nol system performance and coordinate with internal partners and vendors.
• Execute disaster recovery drills and submit KPI reports.
• Implement ISO 20000-aligned IT service capabilities and support PMO guidelines.
