Position Overview

The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai is seeking a Security Controller to support and supervise security operations across its facilities. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with approved procedures, overseeing security staff, responding to incidents, and supporting the implementation of emergency plans. The position requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of security processes, and the ability to coordinate effectively with different teams.

Core Duties

• Supervise security personnel to ensure compliance with procedures and standards
• Review and document complaints related to irregularities and follow up with the relevant teams
• Provide training and guidance to security controllers to improve performance and awareness
• Monitor officers’ work and ensure implementation of duties in accordance with policies and regulations
• Respond to incidents at RTA facilities and ensure secure handling until authorities are engaged
• Support security measures during events, emergencies, and operational disruptions
• Activate response plans for different types of security events as needed
• Oversee the management and availability of security data, records, and equipment
• Prepare clear reports on security activities and recommend improvements where required
