Archirodon Construction (Overseas) Company limited is seeking a Civil Site Engineer to supervise and execute civil site works in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications in Abu Dhabi. You will monitor safety, quality, and progress, coordinating with subcontractors and client representatives to ensure smooth site execution.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Civil site execution within Oil & Gas or EPC construction projects.
• Experience supervising Civil site execution within Oil & Gas or EPC construction projects.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors, client representatives, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong understanding of project specifications, construction standards, HSE requirements, and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, inspections, and project documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and execute Civil site works in accordance with approved drawings project specifications and construction schedules
• Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety quality and project schedule requirements
• Coordinate with contractors subcontractors client representatives and other disciplines to ensure smooth site execution
• Review and interpret engineering drawings technical specifications and approved method statements
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and Permit-to-Work PTW requirements and participate in regular site safety inspections
• Monitor construction progress prepare daily and weekly site reports and provide progress updates to project management
• Manage manpower materials tools and equipment to ensure efficient site execution
• Identify report and resolve site technical issues coordinating with the Engineering and QA QC teams as required
• Liaise with QA QC and client representatives to support inspections approvals and compliance with project quality requirements
• Ensure timely completion of assigned works and support project handover activities
