Job summary

Pinaster LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Civil Engineer for an onshore oil & gas construction project. The role focuses on executing and supervising site civil works, ensuring quality and adherence to schedules on a busy project site.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors, review civil/structural drawings and BBS, and maintain daily progress reports, ensuring ADNOC standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of site civil experience in oil & gas or industrial projects.
• ADNOC onshore project experience is mandatory.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting civil/structural drawings and BBS.

Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise site civil construction activities.
• Coordinate with client, consultants and subcontractors.
• Prepare ITP/QCP and daily progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC requirements and safety standards.

Requirements

mandatory Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent Minimum 3 to 5 years of civil site engineering experience strong Must have ADNOC oil gas field onshore experience mandatory strong Proven site civil construction experience in oil gas or industrial projects Hands-on experience in Reading and interpreting civil structural drawingsBar Bending Schedule BBS formwork and reinforcement rebar worksConcrete works cube tests and fresh concrete monitoringSite setting out levelling and quantity take-offPreparing Method Statements ITP QCP and daily progress reportsCoordinating with client consultant and subcontractorsADNOC WMS approval and site badge is an advantage Good written and spoken English Must be eligible for a company-sponsored new UAE employment visa we process a new visa not a transfer

Salary and benefits

AED 6 500 8 000 per month based on experience final figure confirmed at interview

Working hours

10 hours per day overtime paid as per UAE Labour Law
