Archirodon Group N.V. in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Construction Section Head - Civil to lead civil construction activities within its Oil, Gas and Chemicals division.

You will coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, HSE, and planning teams to drive project execution and ensure adherence to ADNOC standards and international codes. The ideal candidate has 12+ years in Oil & Gas or EPC construction, with at least 5 years in a senior supervisory role, and a proven track record on major GCC projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Oil & Gas or EPC construction projects.
• At least 5 years in a senior supervisory or Construction Section Head role.
• Proven experience on ADNOC or major GCC Oil & Gas projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all Civil construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, approved construction plans, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, Planning, Procurement, Commissioning, and other disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure timely availability of manpower, materials, equipment and resources; identify issues and implement solutions.
• Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, and execution plans prior to construction activities.
• Monitor progress against schedule and implement corrective actions to achieve milestones.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure quality, safety and productivity.
• Maintain strict safety compliance in live plant environments.
