Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology is seeking a seasoned Civil Engineer to supervise on-site activities across foundations, concrete works, formwork, and earthworks in Dubai. The role requires reviewing drawings and specifications, coordinating with surveyors, and ensuring adherence to schedules and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of civil construction experience in UAE/GCC, strong QA/QC practices, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Dubai/Abu Dhabi exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 5-8 years of relevant civil construction experience.
• Proven supervision and coordination of civil activities.
• Experience with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred; Dubai/Abu Dhabi exposure advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, method statements, and project requirements before work.
• Ensure construction aligns with approved drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Monitor site activities across foundations, concrete works, formwork, reinforcement, and earthworks.
• Coordinate with surveyors for setting out, levels, and verifications.
• Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and quantity measurements.
• Ensure QA/QC, HSE compliance, and proper material storage and testing.
