Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai invites applications for a Site Supervisor role overseeing civil, structural, and MEP works on construction projects. You will manage site teams, review drawings, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/MEP Diploma, has 2–3 years UAE/GCC experience, and can read various construction drawings. Immediate joiners are preferred for this hands-on leadership position.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering is required.
• 2-3 years of relevant construction-site experience in UAE or GCC is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site procedures.
• Ability to read civil, architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Good understanding of quality-control and safety requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise workers and coordinate with multiple project teams.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is an advantage.
• Candidates available to join immediately will be given preference.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction, civil, and MEP activities.
• Manage site workers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Review and follow approved drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor work quality, productivity, and project progress.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, QA/QC teams, and subcontractors.
• Ensure the availability and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain daily manpower, material, equipment, and progress records.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
• Monitor civil, structural, finishing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting works.
• Coordinate civil and MEP activities to prevent clashes and rework.
• Support testing, commissioning, snagging, rectification, and handover activities.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management.
