Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology seeks an experienced site supervisor for civil and electrical works in the UAE. You will oversee daily activities, read drawings, allocate resources, and coordinate with engineers, QA/QC, HSE, and sub-contractors to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 5–10 years in civil/electrical construction, preferably with substations or utility infrastructure, and UAE/GCC experience is a plus. Strong leadership and safety adherence are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
• Relevant technical or trade certification will be an advantage.
• Typically 5–10 years of relevant experience in civil/electrical construction or power infrastructure projects.
• Experience in substations, power transmission & distribution, EPC, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred.
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
• Experience with DEWA, TRANSCO, or similar utility projects will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction activities at project sites.
• Coordinate excavation, foundations, concrete works, cable trenches, duct banks, roads, drainage, buildings, and finishing works.
• Read and interpret civil drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Allocate manpower, equipment, and resources for daily activities.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed as per approved requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, QA/QC, HSE, and electrical teams.
