Job summary

Tractebel is seeking a Resident Engineer Civil for the 400kV Transmission lines project in the UAE. You will manage the civil engineering portfolio, supervise complex technical works for TRANSCO, and oversee client interfaces to ensure technical, HSE and financial performance.

Responsibilities include monitoring construction per approved designs, coordinating inspection activities, and ensuring accurate closeout/quantities verification on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience
• BE in Civil Engineering preferred
• Experience with Transco, ADDC, DEWA, etc

Responsibilities

• Monitor that construction strictly follows approved design, reporting and clearance of non-conformance
• Planning, organizing, and supervision of engineering and construction inspection activities
• Do closeout and verification of installed quantities
