Job summary

ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC is seeking a senior Civil QA/QC professional to implement and monitor quality plans for OHTL foundation works in Abu Dhabi. You will inspect foundations, monitor conformance to IFC drawings, and raise IRs with clients and consultants.

The role involves NCR management, coordination with EPC teams, and maintaining comprehensive quality documentation. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in civil QA/QC, with 5+ years on transmission line projects and UAE/GCC experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Professional certification in Quality Management / QA-QC is preferred.
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification is an advantage.
• Additional certification in concrete/material testing or quality inspection is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor approved project Quality Control Plans and ITPs for civil works.
• Conduct inspections of OHTL foundation and associated civil construction activities.
• Verify construction activities against IFC drawings and project specifications; raise IRs as needed.
• Identify quality deviations and prepare Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Client, Consultant, and EPC teams; prepare quality reports and maintain documentation.
