Job summary

Client of Hudson Manpower seeks a QA QC Engineer to support Transmission Line projects across the Gulf region. The role requires hands-on quality management for 220/400/765 kV OHTL works, implementing international QA standards and leading audits to ensure full compliance with specifications and client requirements.

The ideal candidate will hold a Civil or Electrical engineering degree, ISO Internal Auditor certification, 5–14 years in QA/QC, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
• ISO Certification (Internal Auditor Preferred).
• 5–14 years of proven QA/QC experience.
• Hands-on execution experience in Overhead Transmission Line projects (220kV/400kV/765kV).
• Strong English communication (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA QC systems, procedures, and project-specific quality plans.
• Conduct inspections for foundations, tower erection, stringing, and substation works.
• Review and approve material testing reports; ensure compliance with specs.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors on QA QC matters.
• Prepare and maintain ITPs, checklists, NCRs, method statements, and quality reports.
• Lead internal audits and maintain accurate QA QC records.
• Identify, report, and resolve non-conformances with project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA QC systems procedures and project-specific quality plans
• Conduct inspections for foundations tower erection stringing and substation works
• Review and approve material testing reports ensure compliance with technical specifications
• Coordinate with clients consultants and contractors on all QA QC matters
• Prepare and maintain QA QC documentation ITPs checklists NCRs method statements and quality reports
• Lead internal audits and ensure accurate recordkeeping of all QA QC activities
• Identify report and resolve non-conformances in collaboration with project teams
• Support construction teams in upholding quality and HSE standards on-site UAE Industry: High-Voltage Transmission Lines

Experience Required

• 5 to 14 Years

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Electrical) is Mandatory with regular college.
• ISO Certification (Internal Auditor Preferred)
• 5 to 14 years of proven experience in QA/QC roles
• Hands-on experience in Execution of Overhead Transmission Lines (220kV / 400kV / 765kV) Projects
• Valid passport with at least 9 months of validity - (For Gulf)
• Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written)
