Job summary

Durucooperation is seeking experienced Civil QA/QC Inspectors to join the TAQA Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) Project in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Inspectors will ensure civil construction aligns with project specs, control quality records, and support adherence to international codes.

OHTL project experience and ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification are mandatory. Responsibilities include reviewing ITPs, method statements, material inspections, NCR follow-ups, and coordination with consultants

Qualifications

• B.Tech./B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor Certification (Mandatory).
• 5-10 years of QA/QC experience.
• Experience in Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) projects.
• India and/or GCC project experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of quality management systems and inspection procedures.
• Candidates currently in the UAE on a Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa with immediate availability will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections of civil construction activities related to OHTL projects.
• Ensure all construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Review and monitor Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and quality documentation.
• Conduct material inspections and verify compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with construction teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC reports, inspection records, and documentation.
• Monitor non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project teams during inspections.
• Support project completion by maintaining quality standards throughout construction.
