Job summary

Asico Real Estate Llc seeks a Project Engineer - Civil to provide day-to-day technical and site-level support across the project portfolio in Dubai. You will translate design intent into execution and backstop the team, reporting to the Head of Projects.

Responsibilities include technical reviews, site QC, contract administration, coordination, and HSE compliance, with 8–12 years' experience and UAE familiarity. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and AutoCAD is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture is required.
• 8–12 years of experience in real estate development or engineering consultancy.
• Minimum 5 years in the UAE; consultant/developer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Technical review & documentation: verify drawings, submittals and method statements.
• Site monitoring & quality control: conduct inspections and manage non-conformities.
• Contract administration support: review IPCs, variations and claims.
• Coordination & reporting: liaise with design teams, prepare progress and site reports.
• HSE & compliance: promote safety and coordinate with Dubai authorities.
