Job summary

KEO Group invites a skilled Inspector - Civil to join our Abu Dhabi team, delivering on-site supervision for large-scale building projects in the UAE. The role emphasizes quality control, safety, and coordination across disciplines.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of civil engineering experience and a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with proven on-site inspection expertise in UAE projects.

Qualifications

7 years of civil engineering experience.
Degree in Civil Engineering (Diploma or Bachelor's).
Experience on large-scale UAE building projects preferred.

Responsibilities

Attend to Inspection Requests (IRs) from the contractor and act promptly.
Review shop drawings against contract drawings, specs, codes, and best practice.
Report deviations to stakeholders with recommended actions.
Monitor on-site quality and safety, ensuring contract compliance.
Maintain daily site activity records and progress photos.
Prepare surveillance reports for deficiencies and NCRs as needed.
Coordinate effectively between related disciplines on site.
Provide technical input to resolve discipline-related issues.
