Job summary

Dar, a global multidisciplinary consultancy, is seeking an experienced Civil Inspector to lead quality assurance and site supervision on major projects in the UAE. The role demands strong background in building, mall, or airport developments and hands-on inspection leadership.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field and has 8+ years of construction experience. You will ensure compliance with Dar QA procedures and safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or construction-related field.
• 8+ years of experience in construction with building/mall/airport projects.
• Willing to be contacted if meeting the requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct civil, structural and infrastructure inspections per the Dar QA program.
• Prepare inspection reports to verify scheduled and unscheduled works comply with regulations and standards.
• Review inspection checklists with the Project Manager/Resident Engineer and plan inspections.
• Ensure safe working practices and permits to work procedures are followed by contractors.
• Raise NCNs/SINs and identify quality deficiencies with the Resident Engineer.
