Job summary

Aujan Interiors is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee site supervision in Dubai. This role requires a seasoned professional with 8-10 years in the field, adept at ensuring contractor compliance with project standards and local regulations.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of quality assurance, and a BE in Civil Engineering. Roads and transportation experience is mandatory, with a minimum of 5 years working in the UAE.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in roads and transportation.
• In-depth knowledge of local authority procedures and regulations in the UAE.
• Experience working with DM or RTA approvals for at least 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contractor compliance through regular site inspections.
• Maintain daily records of contractor activities and site progress.
• Apply quality control procedures and monitor contractor activities.
• Liaise with contractors to manage resources and ensure safety compliance.
