Job summary

Aujan Interiors is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Civil Estimation Engineer to join our construction team in Dubai. The candidate will accurately estimate costs for civil construction projects, analyzing project plans and specifications.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and over 5 years of experience in related construction roles. Key responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, soliciting subcontractor quotes, and coordinating with project stakeholders. Candidates should be proficient in estimating software and possess strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in civil estimating or related construction roles.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction materials and codes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Prepare quantity take-offs for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to align estimates with project goals.
