• Minimum 7 years of estimation experience in UAE construction industry.
• Familiar with residential, commercial, and governmental building projects.
• Proficient in estimation tools like Candy, CCS, Excel or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimations.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Technical teams for accurate material and subcontractor pricing.
• Identify risks and propose value engineering options.
• Support preparation of commercial and technical proposals.
• Maintain historical data of pricing and suppliers for benchmarking.
• Attend site visits or tender clarification meetings when required.
