Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimations.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Technical teams for accurate material and subcontractor pricing.
• Identify risks and propose value engineering options.
• Support preparation of commercial and technical proposals.
• Maintain historical data of pricing and suppliers for benchmarking.
• Attend site visits or tender clarification meetings when required.
