Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer for our Dubai team to support the execution and delivery of civil works across construction and development projects. The candidate will ensure work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and UAE regulations, coordinating with consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant civil engineering experience in UAE.
Experience in building construction, site supervision and civil works execution.
Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and authority requirements.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and project documentation.

Responsibilities

Review drawings, shop drawings and technical documentation for site execution.
Monitor civil construction activities for compliance with specs and method statements.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess quality and progress.
Coordinate civil works with architectural, structural, MEP teams.
Review contractor submissions including RFIs and method statements.
Identify issues and coordinate corrective actions with consultants and contractors.
Ensure compliance with regulations and quality requirements.
Support inspections, testing and approval of civil works and materials.
Maintain records of inspections, drawings and approvals.
Prepare technical progress updates for management.
