Job summary

Inches and Feet Building Contracting LLC is seeking a hands-on Civil Site Engineer to supervise daily civil activities at site in Dubai. You will coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and site teams to ensure works align with approved drawings and specifications.

The role requires strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with at least 5 years of site experience in building projects and a UAE/GCC background preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years of site experience on building construction projects.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings and specifications.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily civil construction activities at site.
• Ensure works are executed per drawings, specs and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment and site productivity.
• Review drawings and resolve site issues with the technical team.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure proper execution of concrete, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing and finishes.
• Coordinate inspections with Consultant and QA/QC team.
• Ensure compliance with Method Statements, ITPs and project specs.
• Monitor progress and support timely completion of activities.
• Identify site problems and provide practical technical solutions.
• Maintain site records, measurements and documentation.
