Job summary

BADER is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, and quality standards in the UAE. The role requires collaboration with architects, contractors, and diverse teams to deliver infrastructure, roads, bridges, and buildings.

The ideal candidate will hold a PE license or equivalent, with 5+ years of progressive civil engineering experience and proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and structural analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license or equivalent required.
• At least 5 years of progressive civil engineering experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and structural analysis software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion ensuring adherence to budget schedule and quality standards.
• Conduct thorough site investigations and feasibility studies to assess project viability and identify potential challenges.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings specifications and calculations using relevant software and engineering principles.
• Analyze survey reports maps and other data to design infrastructure projects including roads bridges and buildings.
• Collaborate with architects contractors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and resolve any arising issues.
• Supervise construction activities monitor progress and provide technical guidance to construction teams on-site.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and environmental standards.
