Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license or equivalent.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering projects, including infrastructure development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and structural analysis software.
• Proven track record of delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Conduct thorough site investigations and feasibility studies to assess project viability and identify potential challenges.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and calculations using relevant software and engineering principles.
• Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to design infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and buildings.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and resolve any arising issues.
• Supervise construction activities, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance to construction teams on-site.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
