Senior Civil Engineer
B.S. or equivalent degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
Candidate must possess adequate knowledge of all international codes, standards (such as BS, ACI, ASCE, AISC, IBC, BSEN) and other industry practices to be adopted during FEED & EPC Phases of the project. Candidate must be competent in the design and detailing of civil works such as foundations, piles, building elements, equipment foundations, culverts, roads, drainage, UG network, etc., and must possess extensive knowledge of technical requirements of FEED & EPC phases of the project. Must be competent to inspect, assess and recommend suitable repair/ rehabilitation schemes for deteriorated/aged concrete elements. Candidate shall have experience in developing SOW for related works, tender documents, and technical bid evaluation. Candidate shall have a good working knowledge of the latest version of civil design and analysis software such as STAAD, Foundation 3D, Mat 3D, ETABS, Prokon, etc. Proficiency in the design of blast-resistant buildings, dynamic foundations, damage assessment & identification of optimal restoration, adequacy checks, and other special constructions will add to the qualification. Prior experience in projects handled in the Middle East will be an added advantage.
