Job summary

Manpower Middle East is recruiting a Civil Draftsman in Dubai to oversee detailed shop drawings for swimming pools, water features, and hard landscaping. You will coordinate across Civil, Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Landscape teams to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Drafting and 4–6 years of relevant experience, with strong AutoCAD proficiency and excellent coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in swimming pool, water feature, and hard landscaping projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and drafting standards.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings and construction drawings for pools, water features, and hard landscaping.
• Coordinate drawings across Civil, Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Landscape disciplines.
• Review project documents and ensure drawings comply with standards and construction requirements.
• Collaborate with project engineers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors; revise drawings based on site conditions.
• Maintain drawing records and documentation throughout project lifecycle.
• UAE driving license and own car is an advantage.
