Job summary

Gulf Workforce is seeking an experienced Civil Draftsman with strong UAE project exposure to prepare accurate civil and structural drawings in coordination with engineers and site teams.

You will develop shop and as-built drawings, foundations, columns, beams and layouts, coordinate with architectural, MEP and structural disciplines, revise plans per site comments, and ensure UAE standards are met. A Diploma in Civil Drafting and a valid UAE driving license are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Civil Drafting or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of UAE experience as a Civil Draftsman.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare civil and structural drawings including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and layouts.
• Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction details.
• Coordinate drawings with architectural, MEP, and structural disciplines.
• Revise drawings as per site conditions and engineer/client comments.
• Assist site engineers with drawings and technical clarifications.
• Ensure drawings comply with UAE standards and project specifications.
