Job summary

Secret Gardens LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced MEP Draftsman to join its design‑oriented landscaping and swimming pool team. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, QS, and construction professionals to develop precise CAD drawings and technical documentation.

With 3–4 years in landscaping and pool MEP drafting, you will manage drawings, coordinate with project teams, and ensure compliance with project specs and regulations while supporting site execution and maintenance planning.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in landscaping and swimming pool construction (MEP drafting).
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM knowledge is an advantage.
• Hands-on, proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to coordinate with engineers, site teams and consultants.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist MEP Engineer in calculations and equipment selection for pools and water features.
• Produce accurate CAD drawings and assessments for QS and Estimation.
• Manage project documentation and organize drawings on collaboration platforms.
• Coordinate with Project Managers for site execution and technical meetings.
• Review MEP submittals and provide technical input.
• Prepare operation, maintenance, and technical manuals when required.
