The role of Associate Director of CFCC is based in the UAEand requires supporting the Chief Compliance Officer in the implementation andmaintenance of myZoi regulatory compliance and governance framwork including:

• Supporting the development andmaintenance of compliance processes, tools, systems, and frameworks toeffectively manage CFCC risks.
• Assisting senior management inpromoting compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and SC Groupstandards.
• Supporting regulatory engagementactivities, including coordinating communications and information requests fromregulators.
• Assisting with licensing requirements,regulatory examinations, inspections, reporting obligations, and regulatorysubmissions.
• Supporting theassessment and implementation of regulatory changes to ensure timely compliancewith new requirements.
• Contributing to the delivery of theCFCC strategy, priorities, and initiatives in alignment with myZoi's businessobjectives.
• Assisting in the review andenhancement of compliance policies, procedures, and governance documentation.
• Preparing compliance reports,management information, and regulatory updates for internal and externalstakeholders.

Responsibilities

Business

• Support the business by providingguidance on applicable laws, regulations, policies, and compliancerequirements.
• Assist in the implementation andmaintenance of a risk-based CFCC framework, including monitoring and assuranceactivities.
• Support the identification,assessment, and escalation of compliance risks and issues in line withestablished risk tolerances.
• Work with business and functionalteams to promote compliance with CFCC requirements and support fair customeroutcomes.
• Assist with Conduct investigations intosuspicious activity and support regulatory reporting processes where required.
• Support the assessment of reputationaland regulatory risks and the preparation of recommendations for managementconsideration.
• Challenge businessstakeholders where activities exceed risk tolerance, escalating as needed.Support and challenge myZoi's businesses and functions to maintain appropriateconduct, comply with CFCC requirements, and achieve fair outcomes for clients.

Processes

• As an independentsecond-line risk control function, execute the relevant aspects of theCompliance (including Financial Crime and Enterprise) risk framework throughrobust independent risk control and the provision of specialist advice andconstructive challenge in a manner proportionate to the nature, scale andcomplexity of the Group's business.
• Implement and conductregular CFCC training programs on an ongoing basis to educate staff on therelevant regulatory developments, CFCC policies, and standards.
• Assist in setting controlstandards and advise on developing appropriate controls to mitigate regulatoryrisks.
• Escalate to ChiefCompliance Officer compliance and conduct breaches and ensure effectivemanagement of issues identified — including comprehensive and timely actionsfor complete remediation.
• Analyse and advise on theholistic impact of complex Regulatory Compliance matters on myZoi's businessand operations.
• Oversee identification,assessment, management, monitoring, mitigation, and reporting of compliance(including regulatory, conduct, and financial crime) risks.
• Contribute to formulatingCFCC policies and standards for approval by the relevant governing body (asnecessary) under myZoi l s governance framework.
• Contribute to developingcontrols for risk categories where Compliance has been defined as Risk Owner(as set out in the relevant Risk Management Frameworks).
• Collaborate with other CFCCteams within the Group and SCV to anticipate horizon risks and support thedevelopment of effective strategies to mitigate them, including globalstandards for business conduct.

Governance

• Draft, implement, andmaintain CFCC policies, standards, department operating instructions, andprocess notes.
• Promote and embed a cultureof openness, trust, risk awareness, and organizational compliance, assistingwith implementing and tracking regulatory and financial crime policies andstandards.
• Manage the remediationprocess for any CFCC risk issues and breaches.
• Support the ChiefCompliance Officer and myZoi with horizon scanning, staying updated onregulatory changes and breaches relevant to myZoi's business model.
• Design, implement, andmanage an effective regulatory change management approach for myZoi in arapidly evolving regulatory landscape.
