Pfizer Inc in the Middle East seeks a Category Lead for Primary Care and Specialty Care to translate regional priorities into differentiated portfolio strategies. You will own end-to-end strategy, governance, and performance, balancing near-term results with sustainable growth and patient impact across multiple markets.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Commercial, Medical, Access & Value, Regulatory, Policy & Public Affairs, Supply, and Sales, building a high-performing marketing

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Business or a related field; MBA/MSc preferred.
• At least 10 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare experience including significant commercial leadership.
• Experience across Primary Care, Specialty Care or diversified pharma portfolios.
• Strong marketing leadership, customer-insight orientation and data-driven decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Own category strategy and portfolio leadership across Middle East, aligning with the cluster plan.
• Lead end-to-end portfolio planning and governance for established brands, Growth Knots, and launches.
• Manage category business performance including revenue, market share, and investments.
• Develop differentiated growth strategies for Primary Care and Specialty Care assets across markets.
• Lead integrated launch readiness and cross-functional collaboration for new products and indications.
