Pfizer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates seeks a Category Lead for Primary and Specialty Care in the Middle East. This role drives end-to-end strategy, portfolio value, and market access across inline brands, launches and growth initiatives, collaborating with regional and global teams to balance near-term performance with sustainable portfolio growth.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Business or a related field; MBA or MSc preferred.
At least 10 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare experience, including significant commercial leadership.
Experience leading complex portfolios, new launches and cross-functional priorities across multiple markets.
Fluent English; Arabic language capability is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

Lead end-to-end category strategy for Middle East Primary Care and Specialty Care.
Own portfolio performance, revenue, market share and investments.
Develop growth strategies across Primary Care and Specialty Care.
Lead integrated launch strategy and readiness for new products and indications.
Partner with Sales for data-driven customer engagement and market access.
Ensure governance, compliance and patient-focused portfolio delivery.
