Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Carpentry Supervisor to oversee carpentry and formwork on major Oil & Gas EPC projects. You will manage formwork systems, coordinate with civil, steel, QA/QC and HSE teams, and ensure safe, on-time execution.

You will supervise foremen and crews, review drawings, plan activities, monitor quality, and maintain records. The role requires 10–12 years in carpentry with at least 5 years in supervision, and a Civil Engineering

Qualifications

10–12 years of carpentry, shuttering, and formwork works.
Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role.
Proven experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects, industrial facilities, infrastructure, and heavy civil construction.
Experience managing large carpentry teams and complex concrete construction activities.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate carpentry/formwork activities across foundations, equipment bases, and buildings.
Supervise carpentry foremen, chargehands, and crews; provide technical guidance on formwork and construction challenges.
Ensure QA/QC compliance, inspections, and documentation for formwork installations.
Enforce HSE policies, conduct JSA and toolbox talks, and ensure safe working practices.
